Surprised that Jesus Montero and Che-Hsuan Lin are so low, and that Dellin Betances doesn't crack the top 20. I guess I can see downgrading Montero if they really don't believe he's going to stay a catcher, but Betances mystifies me.  His peripherals are far better than any pitcher on this list save Bumgarner, and his BAA is .209 to Bumgarner's .216.

Weird.
